Where do you ship?

For the most part we ship everywhere in the world! However if you live in a relatively remote area send us a quick message and we’ll try and work out the best shipping method to get you our products the most affordably.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in USD.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Is ordering from your site secure?

Yes, our site is secure. You can note the icon in your url menu which indicates we’re a trusted website by your browser. Furthermore, all payments are executed through either PayPal or Stripe, both well known for their extremely high security standards.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. Please send a message on chat Monday-Friday 9 a.m.–8 p.m. ET and we’ll see what we can do.

When can I expect my order?

The delivery of your order is a function of how quickly we can it shipped, which shipping method you selected, and how far away you live from one of our warehouses. In general, if you live in the United States or Canada you can expect the order in around 5-10 business days. You can always check the status of your delivery in My Account.

How much will I have to pay in duties?

Unfortunately this depends on where you live. If you live within the United States, Canada, or the European Union you will not have to pay any duties. If you live outside these countries, you will be responsible for paying any duties prior to receiving the goods.

What is your return policy?

If you live within the United States, Canada, or the European Union we have a 30-day free return policy. All products must be unworn and undamaged, with all of the original tags attached.

How do I return an item?

  1. Login it your account. Click on Returns and print your shipping label.
  2. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box.
  3. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible.
  4. If you live the United States, you’ll need to drop the package off at your nearest USPS location. For those living in Canada, you’ll do the same at the nearest Canada Post location.
  5. We’ll refund you within seven business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place.

What is the status of my return?

To check your return status, head to the RETURNS page, where you can login to your account and enter the tracking number for your order.
